Time Frame: Reservations that are canceled within 24 hours or less of the check-in time on the arrival date. Any cancellations made during this period will incur a cancellation fee.

Fees: If a reservation is canceled outside the 24-hour notice period or in the case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to a one-night stay at the rack rate, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Pre-paid Bookings: All pre-paid bookings are non-refundable, and no changes can be made to these reservations. In the event of a no-show, a fee equal to one night’s stay at the rack rate, plus applicable taxes, will be charged.

Special weekend policies (Ex.Handy Blues Festival, Frog Follies, Little Sturgis) Different cancellation policies apply: Time Frame: Reservations that are canceled within 72 hours or less before the check-in time on the arrival date. Any cancellations made during this period will incur a cancellation fee.

Multi-Night Bookings: All multi-night package reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds are available only if your full stay has been charged and you cancel at least 24 hours (or 72 hours for select bookings) before check-in. After deducting the applicable cancellation fees, the remaining balance will be refunded according to your credit or debit card’s refund policy.

Rescheduling: You are always welcome to reschedule your stay with us, as we would be happy to host you.
