10.0 ASSISTANCE DOGS & PETS
10.1 Assistance Dogs: We welcome Assistance Dogs during your Stay, with a limit of one Assistance Dog per guest bedroom unless both occupants require one.
10.2 Service Jackets: Assistance Dogs must wear the appropriate service jacket, ensuring our staff can easily identify them as working animals.
10.3 Pets: Our pet policy allows 2 pets (dogs only) per room with a nightly fee. Please check the Hotel’s official website before making a Reservation to confirm your pet in your reservation.
10.4 Pet Control: Pets allowed on the premises must be kept under control at all times. Dogs, for example, must remain on a lead unless inside your guest bedroom.

Check-in time is 3 PM/Check-out time is 11 AM
Reservations: Must be guaranteed with a credit/debit card in the registered guest's name.
Photo Identification: A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., state driver’s license or passport) is required at check-in for security and fraud prevention.
Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.
Maximum of 5 guests in standard rooms.
Rates and Taxes: All rates are quoted in ENVI Boutique and are subject to applicable taxes. Please note, that rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Policy: Payment must be made using a method registered under the guest’s name. Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 4 weeks to process, as timelines may vary based on your debit or credit card issuing bank's policies.
Security Deposit: Apply to all guests.
Deposit Return: Cash Deposit refunds will be provided in cash after the room is found to be in satisfactory condition with no damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or unpaid additional charges. Debit/Credit Card Authorizations will be released once the room is inspected, the release of authorization is subject to your bank's policies. ard authorizations are typically released within 1-8 business days, while credit card holds can take up to 30 days.
No-Show Fee: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date for a guaranteed reservation, a No-Show Fee will be applied.
Checks: We do not accept checks for payment
Third-party payments are accepted. However, if you are paying for a family member and will not be present at the hotel, we require full payment for the stay, a deposit of $50.00 fee along with a copy of your ID, passport, or driver’s license
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid any penalties. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay at the rack rate, plus applicable taxes will apply. This policy applies to both hotel-direct and third-party bookings.
Refuse Service: ENVI BOUTIQUE is privately operated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, as long as it complies with the laws of the County of Henderson, the City of Henderson, and the state of Kentucky.
Quiet hours: observed from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Visitors: We kindly ask that no visitors be permitted after 10:00 p.m.
Pet Fee: A pet fee of $30.00 per pet, per night, applies at check-in. (Dogs only) Maximum of 2 dogs per room.
Parties: No In-Room Party
Management reserves the right to enter a room marked "DO NOT DISTURB" for reasonable purposes.
Smoking: We have specifically designed rooms for cigarette use. Please note that any use of illegal products will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and the guest will be added to our trespassing list.
Non-Smoking: All non-smoking rooms include prohibitions on vaping and medical marijuana. If you are found using these substances in our non-smoking rooms, you will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave the property.
Illegal Activities: We have a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal activities on its premises.
Parking is complimentary for registered guests. Please note, all vehicles are parked at the vehicle's owner's risk
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to their room(s), hotel property, or premises, whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless actions by themselves or anyone in their party, regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel
Fire Equipment: Any tampering with fire detection or firefighting equipment, including smoke detectors, break glass points, or fire extinguishers, is strictly prohibited.

Terms & Conditions
CANCELLATION NOTICE
Time Frame: Reservations that are canceled within 24 hours or less of the check-in time on the arrival date. Any cancellations made during this period will incur a cancellation fee.
Fees: If a reservation is canceled outside the 24-hour notice period or in the case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to a one-night stay at the rack rate, plus applicable taxes, will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
Pre-paid bookings: All pre-paid bookings are non-refundable, and no changes can be made to these reservations. In the event of a no-show, a fee equal to one night's stay at the rack rate, plus applicable taxes, will be charged.
SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS (Ex.Handy Blues Festival, Frog Follies, Little Sturgis)
Different cancellation policies apply:
Time Frame: Reservations that are canceled within 72 hours or less before the check-in time on the arrival date. Any cancellations made during this period will incur a cancellation fee.
Multi-Night Bookings: All multi-night package reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are available only if your full stay has been charged and you cancel at least 24 hours (or 72 hours for select bookings) before check-in. After deducting the applicable cancellation fees, the remaining balance will be refunded according to your credit or debit card's refund policy.
Rescheduling: You are always welcome to reschedule your stay with us, as we would be happy to host you.
